Even More from Mazda at the Los Angeles Auto Show

A few feet away however, two other models also had something to offer.

Indeed, Mazda unveiled new updates for the Mazda6 and Mazda CX-5, two of the brand’s most popular and appreciated models. Both get subtle changes designed to further improve what customers already like about them including a more comfortable ride, small improvements in terms of exterior styling, Mazda’s full suite of i-Activesense safety technology, and slightly redesigned interiors, at least for the Mazda6.

No question about it, this year’s Los Angeles Auto Show was all about Mazda. The automaker also showcased the brand new Mazda MX-5 right next to the CX-3. The latter was probably one of the most popular unveilings at the show which bodes well for Mazda’s future.

"Since their introduction, our new-generation models have proven very popular among customers. Now, with our CX-3 to be introduced into the fast-growing compact SUV segment, the updated Mazda6 and CX-5 reflecting our latest technologies and ideas, and the all-new MX-5 as a symbol of the Mazda brand, our new-generation line-up responds to the needs of an even wider range of customers”, summed up Mazda’s President and CEO Masamichi Kogai.
